Training Centre

Recent in-house Training Courses, as attached, have been conducted in a typical Class environment. These courses are fully Certified and conducted by an experienced instructor. Students have the opportunity to work on real products and solutions that they will invariably end up installing into the market place. Please monitor our up and coming courses for this quarter.

One on One Training In-House

Due to the large percentage of project based solutions that PT provides, we offer specific training to our resellers on specific applications. These sessions are often conducted prior to a project being implemented and often with specific customised requirements that need to be adhered to.

Onsite Training

In many cases the systems are already installed and the reseller and his client require specific commissioning/configuration training on site to achieve optimum performance from the solution installed.

Cabling and Hardware Course

Powell Tronics hosted a "Cabling and Hardware" course at our premises in Cape Town. As can be seen the course was well supported by local dealers and one of the local Universities, who invested in the training to improve the general hardware & cabling skills of their employee's, which will ultimately improve the quality of system installed at the end user. Delegates walked away with a cabling tool kit and certification as having attended the Impro Technologies Cabling & Hardware course.

The Cabling and Hardware course was followed by a Three Day IXP400 Configuration & Installers Course covering the following:

Delegates that passed the course were rewarded with Certification as a qualified Impronet Installer. Impro's professional trainer Wendy Dodd was most impressed with the calibre of delegate that attended the very first training session of this nature in the Western Cape. The fully equipped training facilities at Powell Tronics are ideal for this type of hands-on hardware and software training. We hope to make this a quarterly event.
